Charcoal BBQ Set – Use & Rules

🏠 BBQ House Usage

Only guests who have ordered a Charcoal BBQ Set are allowed to use the covered BBQ houses.

📦 BBQ Set Contents

Each set includes:

• Choice of one meat per person:
  – Beef loin (150g)
  – Local chicken (200g)
  – Kurobuta pork loin (200g)

• Sausages

• Assorted vegetables

• 2 rice balls

• Charcoal & fire starters

Guests who reserve the BBQ set will also receive the following items on loan:

• Grill net

• Fire tongs

• Lighter

• Skewers

• Tongs

• BBQ sauce

• Chopsticks & plates

✅ Please indicate your preferred meat choice when making a reservation through the form.
This allows us to prepare your ingredients fresh and in the correct quantity.

🚫 Prohibited Items (Do Not Bring)

To protect the environment and ensure safety, the following items are not allowed to be brought into the facility:

• Outside food or drinks

• Charcoal

• Grill nets or iron plates

• Large coolers

• Glassware such as wine glasses

You may enjoy:

Your freshly caught fish

Ordered BBQ sets

Soft drinks from vending machines

Alcoholic beverages from the shop

🛠️ High-Quality Equipment & Usage Policy

We are proud to offer high-quality flat-weave stainless steel grill nets crafted by hand by Ami-Chu Kanaami in Yodogawa-ku, Osaka.
These custom-made nets are durable and reusable over many seasons, created without welding to ensure longevity and flexibility.

Other equipment available for loan:

• Fire tongs

• Lighter

• Skewers

• Tongs

🔄 After use, please wash borrowed items at the outdoor sinks before returning them.

If necessary, anodized aluminum trays, dishes, and chopsticks can also be lent upon request.

🗑️ Waste Disposal Policy

• Waste from BBQ sets and drinks purchased on-site can be sorted and disposed of in the designated bins.

• ⚠️ All other personal items and trash must be taken home.

Group Use for Workshops & Social Gatherings

If you plan to use the BBQ area for a workshop, team-building event, or social gathering,
advance reservation is required.

You may request exclusive use of one of our four covered BBQ houses:

• House 1: Capacity 32 people

• House 2: Capacity 40 people

• House 3: Capacity 88 people

• House 4: Capacity 176 people

🔸 In some cases, private group use may be arranged even outside of regular business days.
Please contact us for availability.

⚠️ Important Notes for Group Users

• BBQ houses are not equipped with lighting.
  For safety and operational reasons, our staff must finish handling charcoal and cleaning before sunset.

• Therefore, we kindly ask all guests to finish cleaning up and vacate the facility by 4:00 PM at the latest.

Fishing & BBQ Area Map

🚰 Outdoor Sink Area

• Available Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  (After 4:30 PM, water will be shut off for cleaning and pump maintenance.)

There are 12 outdoor sinks located near the BBQ houses.

🧼 Provided utensils include:

• Hook removers

• Cutting boards

• Knives

• Scrub brushes

• Salt

Please be considerate and share the sinks and tools with other guests.

💧 The water is natural mountain spring water (non-chlorinated).
We kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving water and keeping the area clean.

🚻 Restrooms

• Available Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM on operating days
  (After 4:30 PM, water and electricity will be turned off for cleaning.)

Facilities:

• Men’s Restroom

• Women’s Restroom

• Accessible Restroom
  For guests with disabilities, expectant mothers, and those with small children
  (Includes a diaper changing station)

🗑️ Please take all trash with you.
